Well I usually do 2 Peanut Butter and Jellies with Milk or Chocolate Milk. Pick something between like 20-40 grams of protein if you are planning on working out near lunch.
So currently I'm on diet and workout.I have all perfect meals except for lunch .So it you're on diet and regularly doing workout what are your regular lunch?

It's not exactly healthy, but I usually feel a lot better after eating a bag of home made beef jerky. With that, I usually drink a couple glasses of Milk/Chocolate milk.
Oops,my thread may got a bit of mislead.I mean what is your lunch dish.Im personally eat macaroni with cheese sauce and come with some lean beaf cut and some veggies but I dont think that healthy and fit into healthy lifestyle especially you want those six packs,so any recommendation?
