    Smile mw2 Liberation not working

    So im new to the cheats, mods, hacks what ever you want to call it im haveing a problem with Mw2 Liberation so i start Liberation up (as admin) and i pick the mod i want and i hit load game but then the game get closed and a message comes up on Mw2 Liberation it says "Unable to communicate with Modern Warfare 2 Liberation module. Please allow network acces and try again" i dont now whats up and my anti-virus program is Norton security. i dont now whats up im on windows 7 btw. help when ever you have time
