    the text was pretty simple
    i did a clipping mask to an applied image layer (that didn't have the text)
    i duplicated the original text and changed color then motion blurred for the red around it
    and since the clipping mask was a bit dark, i selected its original area and white brushed a new layer on soft light, then lowed opacity to my choice
