I don't think this is a virus, combat arms won't start files not listed inside in its settings.

There's only 1 way to find out if this is a virus or not
change 1 of ur ca files to like e.g If its name is weapon.dtx change it to weapon_virus.dtx. use texture files, don't use weapon files

Their probably the Nexon Game files for the quarentine, when your in quarentine, your hands are actually melee weapons. Virus is for the ones that were infected, the host hand is for host. They are the same only that they are technically 2 different types. Just how nexon decided to make their game.
