Combat Arms Fraps Issue

I'm trying to record a sniper montage, however when I try to record it, my videos come out with no sound from the game. My fraps is set it set to record sound on |detect best sound input|.

Help pl0x?

Do you have your speakers turned on?

Do you have the SFX and BGM turned off in CA?
(might want to turn them on if they aren't)

Is you sound card a built in which came with the motherboard, if so that is probably why. Fraps has trouble with on board sound cards for some reason. It does the same for me.

I'd say definitely check in game setting for sound, check the volume controls on your computer second, reinstall fraps third, then if nothing seems to work go with what Sniper said about Fraps just having an issue with the sound card itself
