Yikes. That's why you have a hard time clearing. From my 2nd or 3rd round of Fireteam I ever played I knew what I was doing. I've ranked 2 high accounts using it. When I made my current highest and main account people didn't know I knew what I was doing. I got kicked from a lot of rooms because I was a Private, etc. Once you get past Sgt. stay in Echo. You'll find better teams. Try to find teams in elite rooms for 50+ clears. It's not much but usually they clear 1:4 or more often. It gets so much easier once you have several hundred clears. It's almost like you are in a trance and it's automatic.
