How was this aproved ? this is missing a virus scan. BTW I THINK it's XpliCitt. Umm, this is source code section, and you gave the program not the source code >.< or I got it wrong?

How did you make the green around the form be invisible when debugging?

Set Your Transparency Key To A Colour And Then Set Your Form Background To The SAME Colour & Make Sure The Form Border Style Is Set To None, Thats How You Get A Transparent Background
