i need help to realse my first menu

I made a little scroll menu with the help iof JME template and I want to post it hear but it wont let me saying there is a link and I cant post so can somebody help to post it please. Thanks for any help I get

you need to reach the right amount of posts to paste links, i think its in the rules.

also, you need to learn how to use a forum, this is the second post in the wrong section, there is a help section for this kinda stuff.
