Use Cheat Engine in public gamemodes.

change some random addresses. for example scan (random number) and change the value of that. (freeze it)

he means add any selected address to your table and check the box next to it which freezes the value.

You don't need to do anything with Cheat Engine. Just link it to your game, and wait for that VAC ban.

just hook up engine, search for some values, try to change it and then wait. there is no instant VAC ban, all bans are delayed...
