Customize a macro for my settings

Hi,
I found a macro for the ACW-R (BF3) with Kobra, Forgrip and HeavyBarrel.
Here the code:

How to customize it for me?
My settings are:

•Windows Sensity: 8
•Oscar Editor: 800Dpi (1366x768)
•In Game Sensitivity: 39,24% (I don't know, where I found the full/correct value. I just found ths value in BF3 Settings Editor)
