For me, I'm an all around guy. A standard day would consist of me,
- Waking up at 4 AM
- Scrambling 1 egg
- Go running for about 1 hour - 1:30
- Get back at about 5:30
- Eat 6-7 more eggs
- Get ready to go on the bus at about 6:15.
Now when I get home, I like to lift weights before I do my homework, play video games, etc... Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Sunday I do leg workouts, Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday I do upper body (Abs, Chest, Arms, etc..)
- I get home at about 2:15 PM
- Eat some dried pineapples/Hummus + pita chips
For my legs, I like to start out with some low weight 2 leg extensions.
- I'll start with about 2 sets of 8 at about 120 pounds, after that, I'll finish it off with 3 sets of 5 at 205 pounds.
- After that, I do Front/Back squats, starting with 2 sets of 8 at 100 pounds, I'll finish it off with 3 sets of 5 at 170 pounds.
For my abs, I like to start off with some simple crunches and other goodies.
- I'll do maybe 60-70 crunches
- 40-50 Push ups
- 50~ Mason twists with a 15 pound ball.
For my chest, I just do the simple benchpress.
- I start off with a single set of 8 at 120 pounds
- I'll begin the trek with 2 sets of 7 at 155 pounds
- And I'll finish it off with 3 sets of 4 at 175-185 pounds.
For my biceps I like to do bicep curls, and monks.
- I'll do 4-5 sets of 8 with a 40-50 pound barbell, depending on how I'm feeling
- For the monks, I'll maybe do 3-4 sets of 7 with a 35 pound barbell.
For my forearms, I like to do bent over rows.
- I'll start with 3 sets of 20 with a 45 pound barbell
- Finish it off with 1 set of 10 with a 50 pound barbell.
For my triceps, I like to start with one arm tricep extensions, and finish with two arm tricep extensions.
- To start, I'll usually do 2 sets of 8 with 45 pound barbell.
- To finish, I'll usually do a single set of 10 with a 50 pound barbell.
For my shoulders, I tend to really only do shoulder presses.
- 4 sets of 10 with 35 pound barbells
- Finish it off with 2 sets of 10 with 30 pound barbells.

Mon-Wed I don't exercise. Thursday-Sunday I walk about 6miles a day and usually every Thursday sometimes Fridays as well, I would be working Truck (replenishment at a retail store) which consists of walking around a store lifting/opening 5-50 lb. boxes and putting the things in those boxes away for 5 hours ea. day. and that's about it.
I would love to start working out again, I really should be.
