    How do you get a six pack in 3 months?

    My body is currently decent, almost no fat, some muscle on it, but I am interested in growing a six pack, is there any way to grow a six pack in 3 months without eating any pills that contain proteins or just that? normal food + exercise only

    unless you do a shitload of cardio no. having a 6 pack on a skinny guy is like having big boobs on a fat woman, it's not impressive. lift weights if you wan to impess da ladies.

    You cannot be almost no fat and still don't have a six pack you are probably very skinny and most of your fat is on your stomach, just do a lot of cardio and some decent abs workout and you will achieve what you want.

    I am not skinny, it's a sort of soccer player's body, I have a lot of muscle in my arms and legs, some fat in the stomach area as well, but not skinny.

    I assumed this because you said "almost no fat" which is not possible without having abs, anyways just do a lot of cardio and eat clean and you will succeed.

    All I can say is through personal experience:

    Abs appear only through consistency. You can't do 50 crunches at night every day and expect good results.
    You'll have to do p.e 100 in the morning, 100 during mid-break, and double of that before you have to sleep, so 200 later that night.
    If you're watching tv, playing games or w/e, do ab exercises.



    I'm a boxer and we don't really strive for visual abs, just effective ones, but what you can do is the following, work it up to 50 a rep, and you'll have results real good, looking real natural.

    Just happened to find a few great pictures that we do in the boxing game ourselves:


    <- this one is more for the V-shape

    Believe it or not, running+push ups also contribute to your abs.

    Also, leg raises on the pull-up bar helps ALOT to increase visual abs.

    Try to work your way up to planking by the way, it's very helpful endurance wise + it trains the body good, try to end up with being able to do a minimum of 5 minutes plank, easy af but it helps.

    I second this. I do a shit ton of running and I've gotten to that lean muscle state. Barely any fat and all muscle.

    You won't get a good six pack in that amount of time, you'll just have the shitty "skinny guy" six pack.
    IMO its not worth the time and effort to get a six pack, just make sure you don't have a beer belly and you're gucci.

    Thanks for the help, but many people say that crunches are useless
