Just do 200 crunches a day in sets of 50 and leg raises. That's really all you need.
I was wondering this too. Interested in getting fit, but too lazy.
If you do proper training and eat good foods in 3 months your abs will be ripped. Start doing muay thai crunches,Russian twists,sit-ups,etc. And don't forget to work out your upper and lower body too
In 2 months I got my six pack
All I did was sit-ups every day for 3 hours. Pretty easy. Just have a good diet with a lot of vegetables and minerals and done

A well balanced diet & working out daily.
If you can't achieve it in that span, you haven't worked out enough or you just simply don't have the genetics to put on mass that fast.
