Duplicated my Vest?

So i was playing with my friend and suddenly i died he picked up my gear but at the end we both had the same vest my vest everything inside of it we shared, but after the server restart it went away it was actually very usefull does anyone know how to do this glitch/bug? if anyone figured out i am willing to tell you a dupe method that no one else probably knows or atleast that not is posted on any website, seems fair to me.
