Theres this file from a long time ago that I was looking for but the thread was locked and you can't download files from a locked thread

Just wondering if theres any way I can download it again

@abyss916. I've seen other members making the same request as you and the outcome is always the same, unless a Global Moderator+ or a minion assigned to the section where the thread is located decides to open the thread so you can download the content there's nothing you can do. Also, note that staff doesn't open old threads for no reason, any special reason why you want to download an old file? It's probably outdated anyways could you link staff to the thread, please?
