I'm trading my PERMANENT PBE Account on league of legends. This account is made since season 3 and it will stay permamently in the pool of PBE accounts. It is a very nice account with all champions, all runes, 20 rune pages, and nearly all skins. I can't obtain the skins below because riot does not give weekly RP anymore but not much skins are missing so it is okay.
