I have the same problem. I am lvl 70 10th prestige and I want to be 70 only, when I change it and relog im back at 10th prestige.

All prestiges unlocked but sad part is i only got it up to lvl 40 for the 700k exp line.. (makes it less detectable)

How do you reset your stats? Seriously, what ever I do I will be lvl 70 10th prestige when I relog, even if I made it lvl 1, lvl 45. What ever.... I've reinstalled game and deleted steam maps twice.
