I really want to know If I use hacks on my alt account will I get banned on my main. If I would is there a way to bypass this?

You are safe, just don't run the hack.

Some hacks store data in your registry. BE scans that registry to check if you have the hack or not.
It is safer to check if the app is using any registry by using the App monitor and then delete it.
