Well, I didn't tested it in game, but this tools appears to just deleting PB files, which isn't a secure way to removes A.C . Btw this .exe make some really aggressive operations, as: opens the Kernel Security Device Driver (KsecDD) of Windows, touche windows cache files and *DROP* a DLL inside system32!

That doesn't looks like a legit cheat for me... Full automatic sandbox analysis:

On my opinion (this isn't back seating mod, cmon) this tool needs to be suspended until o.p says something?
I don't know... it seems extremely weird all those *un*necessary operations, and so many anti-reverse engineering and anti-debugging techs be applied, while what this tool does to game files be explicitly clear.... So what o.p is hiding at background?

Rullez is a pretty trusted uploader here at mpgh, so I don't think he's trying to hide something or do something sneaky.
I'll put this thread as outdated untill I hear something from OP.
