    wifi is broken?

    So if i try to acces to my wifi i cant, i only can acces the internet by using a ethernet cable, any suggestions?
    it says unable to connect or sometimes my wifi doesnt even show up on my laptop but on my other devices such as ipad,iphone i can use the wifi wthout a problem, i did a system recovery i did a windows upate i checked for any viruses/malware i reinstalled my internet driver in device manager,etc...
    still havent figured it out, someone please help me.

    Got to CMD (Windows Button + R and type CMD then hit Enter)
    A black box will open, Write "IPCONFIG"
    then copy and the Default Gateway In your browser, That should open your wifi setting
