Do you start it BEFORE the Game?

and maybe its a process in the background which stops XIGNCODE.
I had an error for 1-2year(s) where i couldn't start the game but i didn't have Cheats/Injector's or anything related in the background.
I reseted my Computer on factory settings then it worked fine ofc.
