Illegal content + breaking rules

There is a script which was illegally uploaded on MPGH in this thread. I tried reporting it, but the admins ignored the report. It also breaks the rules of outside linking which should result in a permanent ban for the thread creator.

The outside link is okay. Him leaking it is fine. The original creator doesn't seem to be around to care.

Well what else should I do?
If you want me to, I'll add you on my steam account and tell you it's me, or I'll send a copyright infringement letter.
They are leaking my copyrighted files, MPGH could literally be sued for spreading them - and you're not doing anything against it, even though it also breaks the forum rules.
Also the section rules thread says "- No outside links or links to downloads/attachments, use the upload system instead. (Permanent Ban)" - which means no outside links are allowed at all for uploadables like .txts.
