what can i do to see the offers?

it doesnt say that they dont have offers

our region hasn't alot of offers so we have to use vpn and to get an american Ip to get offers

i tried
but when i take an offer it just says that they having problem contacting to the website (AERIA)-- thats for ******s
and when i try do an offer it says that it doesnt fit me.
