There's some website my jr uses, but it's invite only.

What I do is visit sites that give the ability to listen to songs, like this site, coupled with IDM, I download the highest bitrate ones I can find.

Torrents are probably the most reliable if you are looking for 320kbps MP3. Often they come from a high quality iTunes source (256kbps AAC), 320kbps MP3 rips from albums or even lossless (FLAC/WAV) rips of albums and you can tell from reading the description. Otherwise there are pirate sites out there that do share music hosted on file hosting sites but I won't advertise here.

I don't think there's any publically available websites where you can download single tracks.
Just go to ANY torrent site that has whatever you're looking for, THE FULL album, and when it's starting to download, go to content list and deselect the tracks you don't want and set them to "Do not download".
