just go to process see cpu large number and end process tree u should see it reduce your cpu runing systems...that should work i have done it...and it smooth and easy to play

Your CPU is so weak, if you play in all low you can play better but still push for your CPU, this game only need 1gb of ram and doesn't need a powerful GPU.

Only BF3 can push your CPU the rest it is nothing, it is weird indeed, try to repair the game, maybe is because of some hack you put in there and is make your game slow and your CPU in max.

i already tried it uninstalling and installed it in a new drive having the same problem i dont use hack just here for the solution

The same with me, constantly cpu 60-70% and some times over 90%. But other games running well without problemas
I can tell you that is a problem of the game,many people are facing it and the developers will work in the next maintenance
to optmize gameplay and you will see a reduction of new contents. this information is official.
