sup, doesn't just straight edit your RP. gets you RP more legit

went from 40 - 75 in like 5 minutes. included a version for steam users and a version for non steam users.

USAGE: just stand there with it running. Best bet is using it in a garage/house. it utilizes rp gaining from a legitimate method in game, except a bit better, therefore nothing looks illegitimate. Don't use in a car either... one of a kind tool here

My experience from most of the early glitches on 360 is that R* reacts to these things eventually and subtly. They patched the glitches instead of banning the people that exploited them. I used car dupe / selling glitches in the olden days and my account is still 100% active, across 360, xbone, and PC (transferred my character to XB1 + PC)

Nah not really if you understand the history of R*. They've always in my opinion been the most lenient on cheating.. in fact all games prior included cheat codes. The fact that a majority of things are client sided shows their lack of interest in preventing cheating. It's not even just PC... consoles have been plagued with cheats for some time. All of the recovery tools are far beyond any little CE edit we do here and there.

I am however curious to see what they do. Normally they patch the issue and move on. At most I think we'll see some people placed in a cheaters pool. Those people being the ones going overboard with money.

How does this work, what does it do? Does it add up to the Global RP ? Can you buy lvl 100 stuff from pegasus/warstock with this?

Well you can bet that the ones doing this but not too much won't be in any pool.
Obviously if some go like 8000 rank that sure will end up in a pool sometime or another.
But to even think about the fact they developed a game and made some functions client side which they just could do easily server side and benefit more from it.
