When I go to the contact EA website and complete it all, the contact method is only calling! any advice/help?

I wish I could help you with this. You may also check our End User License Agreement (EULA) https://www.e*****m/1/product-eulas which says: Registration for online features is limited to one EA account per serial code and is non-transferable.

There might be some other scenario but as far as I can see, there is everything fine and we can not transfer games from your current account to any other account.

I may try checking your friend's account. Do you have his case number for email address?
