Try using random cars on the street, I've not had an issue with selling any car, as long as I can get it into Los Santos Customs, it works straight up.
You can't do this with cars that are "too hot", even if you take them to your garage, it wont work.

Cheat Engine is never safe to use, but currently the game is not using anyway to detect it so i suggest selling a car for double or triple of its amount and you should be completely safe. Only selling for a ridiculous amount like op will get you right in the cheater's pool easy.

Yeah iv been seeing the rockstar popup around 750,000 but success around 300,000

Ive raped this a few times. Didn't get any rockstar or anything and it's been continuous $999,999's


But now when i try to sell it says "We dont need any more cars" even though I run the speedhack.

Also I have did a bit of research and found out that there is a 1 real life day cooldown in LSC?

yeah there is a day cooldown.
if you sell max cars for that day. could be 10 or 20 i dont know for sure.

Tried doing this alot of times, every single time the game just crashes. Tried from 900K, to 150K, and I got the same result.
