I DONT HTINK HE IS scamming ! cuz u asked him to go first ! there is a lot of people who are afraid to go first even if u have a lot of reps !
and if he is selling a lot of accounts that doesnt mean he is scammer ! a lot of people buy accounts and sell accounts ! this is the black market ! if u dont like that dont buy that ! simple !

With all due respect we are just trying to help and warn others, he's already been banned on one site and he uses the same Skype every single time. But, if you are confident, go for it and investigate yourself.
