Cant login to game?

Hi, I was banned way back in 2013, but after a new computer and a new ip (2 years does that) when I start with a new account and no hacks it still says im banned. Can anyone help please?

Well obviously, the account has been banned and you can't use it anymore....time to move onto a new account or go submit a ticket begging them to unban the account!
