Step 1: Get a Car off the Street
Step 2: Search for the Hex of the Car from the hashes List Below
Step 3: Select all found addresses and add them into the address List
Step 4: Drive the Car you got from the Street into LSC
Step 5: Select the Tracker but dont buy it
Step 6: Yeah be fast but your game wont crash and when changing values remove the 0x from the value example : 0xB779A091
-> B779A091 (adder)
Step 6.1:Change Immidiatly to your WINDOWED Gta5 (it loads faster windowed) and quickly buy tracker and if you have enough money buy the insurance
Step 7: Drive out of LSC. The game should NOT freeze and crash.
Step 7.1:Than call your car delivery noob and let him deliver your new car and then drive it in your garage and out just for extra security than this should work to 100%
and dont forget when you drive out of LSC your car wont look different it looks diff. when you let it deliver by you delivery noob or if you leave and join again ( only the first time than it always will be that car but ya know it has to refresh the model of the car so it not has only the name but also the model )

Blacklisted Vehicles will not spawn in your Garage. You can call them with the Mechanic but he cant deliver them. And if you want to Change the Spot you can see that the spot of the car will be labeled as " ( dont own downloadable content ) " or smthing.

And actually i "cheated" over 10 cars in one single lobby so normally it wont crash
and also you missed some steps

Step 1: Get a Car off the Street
Step 2: Search for the Hex of the Car from the hashes List Below
Step 3: Select all found addresses and add them into the address List
Step 4: Drive the Car you got from the Street into LSC
Step 5: Select the Tracker but dont buy it
Step 6: Yeah be fast but your game wont crash and when changing values remove the 0x from the value example : 0xB779A091
-> B779A091 (adder)
Step 6.1:Change Immidiatly to your WINDOWED Gta5 (it loads faster windowed) and quickly buy tracker and if you have enough money buy the insurance
Step 7: Drive out of LSC. The game should NOT freeze and crash.
Step 7.1:Than call your car delivery noob and let him deliver your new car and then drive it in your garage and out just for extra security than this should work to 100%
and dont forget when you drive out of LSC your car wont look different it looks diff. when you let it deliver by you delivery noob or if you leave and join again ( only the first time than it always will be that car but ya know it has to refresh the model of the car so it not has only the name but also the model
