Took me a while to find the correct one.
Download the file. Let it run. Restart, run it again to be sure, and then you should be ready to go.

Regarding the program crashing. I had this issue before I installed the right one.
And keep in mind that PolyLoader does not work properly on Windows 10 yet, hence is why I recently formatted back to Windows 8.1 until issues like this is fixed by M$.
