Lost Ac's item in my bank

I don't know what happened in my account. No one knows my account except me. Can i ask how can i retrieve all my items? some of my ac's items, boost 1hour items are there in my bank. Then suddenly lateri checked my bank. They're gone. I don't know what to do?

They aren't lost, just not loading. Try this:
-Go to the server where you first loaded them in
-Go to a server that isn't crowded (member servers)
