Some Info on what happens when you get banned

yea i can pretty much confirm this

my account banned used trainer and CE, Brothers account used same trainers but not cheat engine and his not banned

Also you get this kind of E-Mail from Rockstar.I doesnt say the duration of the "ban" though:

To see how much time you have been banned for you need to go to GTA V story mode, and above the radar you will get a display of when you'll be unbanned. I have been banned until the 16th of this month so 2 weeks, same as everybody it seems.

I used ONLY CE. I didn't use any trainers whatsoever. So CE isn't safe at all to use (I already imagined it wouldn't be).

I personally don't care at all anyway, online is a broken borefest, heists are unplayable due to lag and crashes and the game itself gets boring after a while.

Probably spawned 20 mil, did everything I could to get banned. Still ain't banned. Gonna go check again if I can get online.

Not true tbh. Rockstar said to me . After your ban you will be able to play further. But you remain flagged for violations. No money/stats/or other items will be touched. Be aware that we will keep watching your account and that after this 2 weeks ban the next punishment will be permanetly revoking your social club account.

When you log into Single Player it says right above your minimap when you'll be unbanned
