Let's trash this release.

1.) You're using Visual Studio 2013 and compiling in debug mode. Anyone who doesn't have MSVCR120D ( which is the visual studio 2013 debug runtime library ) won't be able to run this shit.
2.) You're releasing this in debug format which means CRT is gonna have all that extra overhead = Slower execution
3.) Your pattern scanning functions are so crappy. Because you compiled in debug release, there's wrapper over wrapper of functions just for a game whose offsets doesn't change. Hell even Steam MW3 doesn't get updated often so your C&P patterns are useless. That's just more overhead.
4.) Your C&P'd method of adding menu items is inefficient let alone stupid. Seriously, look at this shit:

8.) Why are you even using security cookies? Not confident in your code to risk memory leaks?
9.) if ( sub_10011762(&Dst, "WEAPON_") ) -> Jesus Christ. Just use the normalized name in the weapondef structure.
10.) Yes, let's completely retrace entities j_helmet tag for a visibility check right. That's what you call optimal coding. I can literally see your I.T. professions unrolling before my eyes.
