    Glowing colors

    Sup, is there a way to use glowing colors on gta 5 online for pc? i tried many HEX codes n stuff but i cant get the colors to glow, could someone please be kind and tell me how to do it?

    No, the whole car color glows, i've seen it on many youtube videos and i thought i'd try it but it doesn't work..
