to :xPingu That happens because u don't have the patches up to 1.7 or the install didn't complete properly, make sure when u install that the setting aren't on custom, Becuase some thing may not be installed. it also depends on if its a downloaded file, Mine is and i have a website for cracked servers! to join cracked server (no punk buster) press the ~ button and type in "connect" without the "", then if you have the IP adress copied, use Ctrl+v and itss pop up,(MAKE SURE OF SPACE BETWEEN IP AND CONNECT!

Ps when looking for a server, make sure that the player count is at least 3 or you wotn conect.

yup did for me try it either xp mode or xp mode sp2 one of them should get you going i had vista ultimate dont think it mattered tho now i have windows 7
