Something is ruining my team deathmatch games

I turn off all options on the endeavour mod before I join a team td because I actually like playing it normally but sometimes you get a complete ass hole that has a custom game where we are stuck with bats and he's up there sniping us

The problem is, our score keeps flicking and changing like 1 minute it's

Red 13
Blue 11

2 seconds later

Red 24
blue 6

100% it favours my opponent. So it's like my kills are counting as red (when I'm blue)

It's happened everytime I play a team td and It really sucks. What part of the endeavour mod might b doing this?
