try re-installing ca or completely delete ur hshield and ca and try re-installing that might work

There is somtin wrong with my ca
for some reason when i open ca the everything is good until after the hackshield goes up it says itmsg.dll can not be loaded. plz help

Reintall CA or Download the hshield folder and replace it
