Counter strike 1.6 non-steam hacks doesn't work

So the problem is that none of the hacks are working on win8 cs 1.6 whatever hack i try it just gives an error "hl2.exe has stopped working" anyone knows how could i fix it?

You are downloading the wrong hacks.
The hacks you are downloading are CS:S ones.
