If that is the case then a big banwave might happen.

Nah, they check what the program is before they ban you.

they do not, if there is alot of xigncode errors (even if they are caused by another program) in a week, you will probably be placed a 7 day ban.

well, people that used delusion didn't get perm, only 1 guy that was rage hacking.

alot of people from fpscoder are getting perms.

That's not true, it's only like 3 or 4 people complaining about it all day long. Two of them even stated that they were actually banned for account sharing afterwards.
