Endeavor mod menu cars won't spawn.

I really want to spawn vehicles in the game, On the endeavor menu page there is a link to "All the vehicles" do I download that as a TXT file or copy it into some config? Or if there is an online vehicles spawner that works better. Anyways please help, thanks.

Endeavour's vehicles spawner is broken yes, I suggest using Kinky if you want to spawn alot of cars.
