This belongs in the HELP SECTION.
For an answer to your problem, you have either another hack in your CA folder that conflicts, or you could have bad/missing HS files. Delete any other hack files from your CA folder and update your HS files manually. If the problem persists, then reinstall CA or get a hold of clean HS files.

look i download hacks from here https://www.mpgh.net/forum/164-combat...12-2009-a.html
i made every thing right when i put the files into combatarmy file it see me like this when i open the game

ok this should be in the help section and delete ur hshield folder and re-download it...cuz u messed with it.......i got that error when i messed with mine
