Help with steam group avatar

Hello i suck with Photoshop and other image editing software so i was wondering if anyone could do me a favor and resize this image to "100x100 and 1280x1280 pixels" so i can use it as my steam group avatar will give you credit in my steam groups page etc..

would appreciate the help!

Nop, we can't do miracles, you want us to transform 100x100 to 1280x1280? We can do it but it will be bad pixel.

Ahh okay no problem i figured something like that would be the case.. then is there anyone who would make a image for my steam group with the words "BIGEXP" and possibly something similar to the background photo or a bald eagle. if not then that's fine and thx.
