Can I inject in game?

With the new update, CSGO crashes everytime I inject (before launching csgo). If I don't inject, I can load csgo just fine. So, I read an article of someone fixing this by injecting after csgo loads. BUT, Its common knowledge that if you inject while in game, you get vac'd. So is there a work around this? or am i wrongly informed, and you can inject in game :x

Edit: I just tried injecting in game, and it STILL crashes wtf.
