    How can i get the railgun?

    First, i never bought GTA before, so i just had it on PC.
    How can i get the railgun without the platform change thing?
    I tried with the trainer but the vanish as far as i log out

    Any trainer that gives you guns will not give them to you permanently. (At least I don't believe there is any trainer out there that does that.)

    As of now, I don't think this is possible.

    You cannot get it unlocked onlne perioid. However, if you want it unlocked in single player just use this https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=951441

    The only way to get it online is to give yourself all weapons and unlimited ammo. This will let you use it for that session, but it will not stick online. Might crash you too if you kill another player with it. @Marco Federici
