Ive been using for at least a half an hour (Corndog was nice and PMed me the link) until now.
(Combat Arms is patching)

It is a cool mod. It works well. The only turnoff is that the scope dosen't work (obviousely) and that when you add a scope it looks wierd on top of the G36.

Not amazingly better, but better,
Lets say normally I would get 50 kills and 20 deaths
Now I get maybe 60 kills and 15 deaths

Use burst mode or full automatic but if u use full automatic crouch and only shoot 3 to 5 bullets then cool down for a second.
Dont camp too much either.
The standard rifle is really good, I like it better than the Famas and most guns (except p90 and g36)
