Full tutorial for morons: open notepad. paste code in. save to desktop as a .lua file, I'll save it as cooltoolbars.lua. move it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\l ua. go in game. type lua_openscript_cl cooltoolbars.lua
