problem with new patch

my problem is shit
because hera it here:
when i go on the start game button its come the update window for the new patch (27.11.) and they dont load it
then after a second they appeard and it not passed

can some one help me pls

i got trojan and worm detected from anvira
its saids its from crossfire.exe. and so it won't patch

so i had download the new game client th vers. 1.34. or so
and its install the nwe patch perfekt but when i go on start button its come a code field 08-0000etc...
