How do I add items such as bracers, item sets and other stuff on my server?

So I am new to this whole pServer thing and have only just about managed to get it up with the help of Kierze and I was wondering if
it was possible to add items such as Bracer, forgotten crown, Swoll Paladin Set and other stuff to my server.

I am using club 559 source.
